  The material automation system is mainly controlled by Siemens PLC. This control system connects the switchgear and controls the input data, and controls the output controller according to the program. From raw material feeding to pneumatic conveying, to online metering and mixing the required amount of various materials such as main materials, oil materials, auxiliary materials, small materials, etc., control various parameters of the production line such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow, and automatic packaging.

  The core of the control system is to realize the automatic operation of the material conveying system by collecting all the signals of production and processing. Collect data from pressure transmitters, temperature detectors, level switches, sensors, etc. Control motors, valves and drivers for output. Through professional organization testing and certification, ONGOAL's self-developed control system effectively guarantees stable operation and accurate matching requirements.

The automatic control device of the system is composed of a monitoring layer, a control layer and an execution layer. The Ethernet interface is reserved for expansion and communication with DCS.


Monitoring layer

  Computer has three functions of operation, monitoring and management. The production control instructions are issued on the industrial computer screen; the formula is stored in the industrial computer, and the operator calls out the formula during production, and generates the production task list (the ingredient formula and batch number). The system strictly produces the production task list; the operation status of the equipment is in the industrial control On-board monitoring; the production process data is made by a computer and stored in the database, which can be browsed and printed at any time. All operations and alarms have historical records, which can be stored for more than 1 year and the data can be exported.

Control layer

  PLC receives control instructions from the computer or touch screen, starts and stops related drive circuits according to the control instructions, completes the control of the equipment, and transmits data such as the operating status of the equipment and the collected flow to the touch screen in real time. The screw feeding can be manually/automatically switched, and the screw conveying speed and conveying volume can be set. Important operations have manual confirmation devices, and programs can also be set to automatically control the feeding, weighing, and conveying processes.
