Service Process:


1. Before sale:
  Establish files, get in touch with customers, introduce the technology and equipment of our factory, understand the needs of users, recommend corresponding equipment, implement samples and relevant technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.
2. On sale:
  Provide user-related drawings and technical data, coordinate user equipment installation and construction, and inform users of production speed and production quality. Ensure that user engineering progress is synchronized with equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After sale:
  ①Send personnel to the user to guide the installation, responsible for debugging until delivery.
